Campus Leadership
Principal's Message

Mr. Adam Henke
I’m Adam Henke, and I’m thrilled to begin my 5th year as Principal at Mt. Peak. With 26 years in education, I started as a coach and teacher, guiding students in football, track, powerlifting, and basketball. Over the last 10 years, I've served as a campus administrator in Midlothian ISD, the first five as an assistant principal. Throughout my career, I've seen the power of strong relationships with students and open communication with parents.
I’m especially excited to share that Mt. Peak is a Capturing Kids' Hearts National Showcase School. This recognition reflects our commitment to recognizing each student and celebrating all the good they do. It's a testament to the importance we place on creating a positive and supportive environment for every child.
On a personal note, I’m married to Cortni, and we have four children: Braden, Avery, Brewer, and Silas, all of whom attend or attended schools in Midlothian ISD. If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Kind, Be Safe

Hello Mt. Peak! My name is Tiffany Peterman, and I am the assistant principal. I have worked in education for 17 years and have proudly served Midlothian ISD for the past eight years as an RTI specialist, Accelerated Instruction specialist, and assistant principal. Before this, I served as a special education teacher. I love working with students and teachers to pinpoint areas of need, collaborate to develop strategic improvement plans, and monitor students' progress. I strongly believe educators should deliver research-based explicit instruction for behavior and academics with embedded technology to enhance the learners' experience. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to serve the amazing students, staff, and families at Mt Peak Elementary!
