Principal's Message

I’m Adam Henke, and I’m thrilled to begin my 3rd year as Principal at Mt. Peak. With 24 years in education, I started as a coach and teacher, guiding students in football, track, powerlifting, and basketball. Over the last 8 years, I've served as a campus administrator in Midlothian ISD, the first five as an assistant principal. Throughout my career, I've seen the power of strong relationships with students and open communication with parents.

I’m especially excited to share that Mt. Peak is a Capturing Kids' Hearts National Showcase School. This recognition reflects our commitment to recognizing each student and celebrating all the good they do. It's a testament to the importance we place on creating a positive and supportive environment for every child.

On a personal note, I’m married to Cortni, and we have four children: Braden, Avery, Brewer, and Silas, all of whom attend schools in Midlothian ISD. If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
